Going raw is a lifestyle choice, not a strict dietary regime. We are all biochemically unique individuals and what works for some may not be suitable for you. You could start by trying a raw meal maybe just once a week. Snack on fruit or raw food bars and gradually build up the proportion of raw foods in your diet. What is certain is that by introducing more raw foods into your daily diet you will notice a steady improvement in your energy levels and your overall physical, mental and emotional well being.
